In Spider-Man: Into the Spider-Verse, we meet Miles Morales -- he's Spider-Man, but in another dimension. When the Kingpin uses a Hadron collider to break down the walls between dimensions, he causes Peter Parker's Spidey to be sucked into Miles' dimension. And Peter's not the only one. There's Peni Parker from the Japan of Earth 14512. Spider-Man Noir comes from a dark, alternate version of the 1930's on Earth 90214. Finally there's Gwen Stacy, the Spider-Woman from Earth 65.

As fun as it is to see all these Spider-People come spilling into this dimension and it seems like these incursions are ripping the universe apart. So Miles Morales and the rest of the Spider-Verse heroes have to figure out how to save their worlds and get back home before it's too late.

Now, thanks to General Mills, Spider-Man has landed in the future with interactive themed decals. Inside select boxes of General Mills cereals, you can find collectible decals that you can bring to life on your phone.

Of course, everyone loves classic episodes of The Twilight Zone. The amazing vintage special effects, the performances from beloved character actors, the insane twist endings, the sets that definitely weren’t repurposed from other TV shows or just a hill behind the studio…

But these shows aren’t just fun, fast-paced little thrillers from a bygone era. Nearly every episode also functions as a little morality play, with a message and even suggestions for ways to live a better life. Sometimes, host/writer/creator Rod Serling would even go deeper, exploring the reasoning behind classic moral lessons. Try saying THAT about any other old TV show. Maybe you could learn to sing Babalú or operate a warp drive, but those have limited applications.

So, before witnessing Jordan Peele’s reimagining of the most iconic series ever, let’s look back at how the original series baked in not only suspense and fun but also some mild self-improvement. And all in just 30 minutes, with ad breaks. Also: gremlins.
