Warner Bros. is reportedly looking to reboot or restart The Matrix series, which more or less ended with the third film's release in 2003. With no word on The Wachowskis or original cast would be involved. Now, while many think that this could be poor choice, we at Fandom prefer to think of the possibilities.Fandom editors Chris and Henry have many thoughts on how bringing back The Matrix could be a great chance for the series to start over. Well Im excited about Five Nights at Freddys. Its kind of horror. Im really excited about that. Ive been working with Scott Cawthorn on trying to turn that into a movie. Im really pleased about that.That game has a rabid fan-base, and I would say without Scott it wouldnt make a good movie, but Scott has a clear very idea of what he wants the movie to be and I think because we are using the same creator as the game in Scott, I think there will be a great movie in it. I think without that Id be sceptical about a Five Nights movie.I faith in Scott Cawthorne  thats the only reason why. When have you seen a remake of a video game that was very closely overseen by the person who created the video game? It doesnt happen too often. Can you think of a time? So I think were going to take a different approach, and I have faith it will work out.

Horror producer Jason Blum has been talking about his forthcoming Halloween movie, stating that the film will take inspiration from the first two movies rather than their sequels.When asked if the film will be a remake or a reboot, Blum said We are talking about a reboot, but mostly looking at the first and a little bit of the second movie. So were kind of rebooting, but rebooting from the early movies, not so much the later ones.And it sounds like Blum is a big fan of that original. I feel like Halloween is the ultimate scary movie he explained. I feel like they sort of went off course with it a little bit. I feel like expectations are low. Everyones expecting something they think were going to mess it up. And I love a challenge. And hopefully well get it right  Ill let audiences decide that.
