What are the requirements for the Truffle to move into a house in Terraria?

In Terraria, the Truffle, also known as the shroomite NPC, has specific requirements for the house it can move into. The house must be located in a Surface Glowing Mushroom biome, which refers to any house built above 0 elevation. This could be a Glowing Mushroom biome in Space or one near sea level. The house should also have at least 100 tiles of Glowing Mushroom biome blocks in the area around it. If there's too much Corruption or Crimson beneath the house, it may invalidate the housing. The Truffle can be relocated to a different house as long as the new house is also in a Glowing Mushroom biome. If the Truffle dies or the surface Glowing Mushroom biome is destroyed, these steps must be repeated.
