NYCC: ReedPOP Launches Official ‘Robot Chicken’ Merchandise

Doug

Stoopid Buddy Stoodios and Cartoon Network Enterprises  announced a partnership with ReedPOP with plans to launch a Robot Chicken merchandise collection, featuring a special assortment of T-shirts and other branded items to be sold at conventions, online and at select retailers. The partnership was formerly announced at this year’s New York Comic Con. The deal was brokered by Brandberry. The first three t-shirt designs will be available at the 2016 New York Comic Con starting October 6th and will be available online after the convention.

ReedPOP will be creating a range of non-exclusive items for Robot Chicken including apparel, barware, pins, plush toys and keychains, all inspired by Adult Swim’s Emmy Award-winning series. So far, designs for the t-shirts have been released but keep an eye out for more merchandise coming later. Check out reedpopsupplyco.com for more details!

“Seth and I have been attending the ReedPOP conventions since the outset and we love playing with them,” said Stupid Buddy Stoodios co-founder Matt Senreich. “This was a perfect next step in our beautiful relationship as creatively they get our brand perfectly.”

Robot Chicken is an Emmy Award-winning stop-motion sketch comedy television series that recently aired its eighth season, created and executive produced by Seth Green and Matthew Senreich along with co-head writers Douglas Goldstein and Tom Root for Adult Swim. The team is currently in production on a new special themed to The Walking Dead that will premiere in 2017.
